5Terrible experience, I got there about 20-30 minutes early before my scheduled appointment. Nobody was in the front office, so I sat and waited with my wife, (we both had to take time off of work to make it there.) About the time I was supposed to be seen, someone else came in and the Dentist came and got him within 5 minutes. Bear in mind that I had already been sitting there around a half hour waiting already. Nobody said a word to me or my wife at this point. I am thinking \"No big deal, he is probably backed up a bit and the guy that he called in before me probably had an appointment before me,\" so I didn't mind too much. Now, about a half hour later, (I have now waited for over an hour, and about 30-35 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment,) someone comes out and asks who I am. I tell her my name and that I am a new patient and that I have an appointment to be seen 30ish minutes prior. She proceeds to tell me that I am not on the schedule. At that point I was fed up and just left. Wasted the gas to get there, both my wife and I wasted the time off to be there. It took about an hour or so for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there again. My wife was a patient there and she will now NEVER go back. Terrible place, terrible service.
