5I was called a few days prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to come in for an earlier visit because they had an opening. I was thrilled to hear this and went on in. It was not until AFTER Cheek sat down with me and told me I needed LOTS of dental work done (DUH I knew that going in) that she informed she would not be able to smooth my chipped tooth (the MAIN reason I made the appointment in the first place) because her equipment was broken down and the technician was his way there. I was roped in on a day that they more than likely they had to cancel other visits due to the equipment failure and they got me for $195.00 for basically NOTHING! A quick 5–7-minute look at my mouth, a big bright smile and a so long fair well. I called later to recap this scenario and gave them the opportunity to adjust the bill considering the circumstances and my request was denied. I am scheduled to have quite a bit of costly dental work done by another dentist. GREED gets you NO WHERE!
