Klioze Earl E DDS

I've been using Drs. Klioze for 25 years at least. Professional office staff! Skilled and knowledgeable Dentists. They even worked with me back when I was in nursing school and I had no dental insurance. All staff is compassionate, kind, and experienced. I would highly recommend. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Klioze for the past 18 years. He also is very pleased with their services.

On the day of his visit, my son waited 2.5 hours for a routine cleaning. We were told the office was short staffed. Two months later I received a bill for X-rays. Not sure why I received a bill for X-rays when I made sure his full X-rays were submitted from his previous dentist and on file with Olde Mill Family Dental before the cleaning. I have called the office four times since 10/7 to try and reach a resolution and have yet to receive a call back. Every time I call the excuse given is that the office is short staffed.
