If you are a new patient - do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. I had an infection on the front tooth, so I researched this doctor as I need the implant with immediate placement and Dr. Amin had best reviews. I called the office February 3rd and explained the situation to them. The lady replied that, although, the first appointment is mid-March, because time-sensitive issue of bone-loss, she will get me in with first cancellation, within 2-3 weeks maximum. I called again 1 week and been told that opening coming soon. I called again in 3 weeks and been told by another receptionist that the first available appointment is now in April and, apparently my name is not on the list, but she will put it there again. I called again today, March 10th and asked what is going on with my case and why have I been promised an appointment over a month ago, meanwhile loosing the bone on the front, and that can make immediate implant placement impossible. The receptionist LAUGHED! And said if I feel that I need immediate treatment I should look elsewhere. After keeping me on hold and sick for over a month!
