One visit, she received anesthesia that day for the procedure. They then said she needed X-rays for pre authorization and they asked her to leave bc they had to wait for approval even though she already got anesthesia. They called her back and told her none of it was covered and will she pay the full price. She declined and started to file a complaint. CMS informed her there is no such documentation of a pre authorization submission. There is no chart documentation of anesthesia being given.
