One word! STAY AWAY ! My reasons-I brought my mother for evaluation for her pain in tooth and had an X-Ray from another dentist already, Dr Nimisha did looked at and said many tooth needs attention which I responded to her saying this image(x-ray) doesn't look so good can you ask them for original BUT SHE didn't do it. So after hearing from her about mom's teeth I wanted to know what's going on her all the teeth. So asked about their pricing on full mouthX-Ray+ CLEANING and they had some plan for 200 $ So i said can I just get X-ray only- so they said it will be same price wether you get cleaning or not for just the X-ray. So without much thinking and my mom was already in pain and had already visited another dentist also the whole reason coming to her for the same language spoken by Dr Nimisha. But A BIG MISTAKE I thought she would be reasonable and would be helpful. We agreed to have X-rays and the cleaning plan to get done. Paid the $200 but after her X-ray she didn't want to do any cleaning saying she needs DEEP CLEANING which TO I thought why didn't you say that first so we wouldn't have done anything at this office. Ok so DEEP CLEANING would cost 1000$ but she would give discount and do it for $800 for my mom. I was like OMG now this was a total rip off. By getting customer to pay first then rip them off. Now mom still has those issues needs to get addressed which she referred to go to. I'm not going to the one she's referring AFFRAID it might be a lot of $$ and same experience. Anyways we are not coming back to her. Oh and top of all this my mothers prescription was not given to us at the time we left the office so when I came home thought about it and called the office and Dr Nimisha said I walked off from the office before giving me the proscribed medication. I was so upset that they are trying to cover up their mistakes saying to the client walked off on them. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALIZAM. oh and btw she's the only dentist in her practice so our appointment took 3+ hours total. I can hear her from our room to go to one patient to another and not worrying about us being waiting for so long. Anyways I don't have language problems so I can take my mom to any Dentist I want. Will definitely not go back to this practice they only want your money that's what I felt.
