His poor practices have cost me my teeth and my health. I would expect in the medical profession he would not be allowed to practice. He is the cause of a downward spiral in my dental and now general health. This has been 10 years of pain and suffering. BEWARE! I reached out to him several times - grew tired of all the nastiness. I spent 5000 for this nightmare that can\'t be remedied. I tried to get my xrays for another dentist trying to help me but Dr. Hass refused because I had used a coupon for my initial visit and that coupon made my records his sole property! I had no proof at that point to report him to ADA without these records.
