This is for Suburban Family Dental Practice at 646 N French Rd #8, West Amherst, NY 14228. Disgraceful practice. Disgraceful place. My family went here for over 3 years. We paid thousands of dollars. Then we moved out of the area. It looks like there was a bill of $100 after they billed in the insurance or whatever that is. They never contacted me. They have my email. We moved out of New York. I never received any information about an outstanding $100. Despite the thousands of dollars we paid.
