Money is all matters to them. There was mistake on my bill for a substantial amount. I called to 2 different offices to talk to dr. Tysca. He asked who was on the line and then refused to even come to the phone. After that I got at least 3-5 calls from their office to know what I wanted to tell the doc. It was so unprofessional. Nest time Doc totally ignored my problem and continued to smile and etc... it was so annoying... Let me tell you money is all matters to them. Make sure you know what they make you sign. and make sure you ask them firmly what you want from the beginning becasue there will be too many spins and this and that through the whole thing. SAD!
