This is not about Dr Walker who is a good endodontist. This is about his office. My wife saw Dr Walker on February 23, 2022, in his office in Rockville, MD. At the time of the appointment she paid the entire bill of $395. According to our dental insurance company, our financial responsibility for this service was $200. The office of Dr. Walker has never acknowledged that they owe us the difference, i.e. $195. I made a dozen calls trying to find out why, but has never received any clear answer. Every time I called the person I talked to, Cindy, made a different excuse. For example, your wife is not in our data base, there is other coverage payment of $122 on our explanation of benefits, we don’t have your primary provider data in our system, and so on. None of these was true. At one point she offered to send us check for a smaller amount as a \"courtesy\"?! Eventually, they sent us two checks, one for $24 and one for $116, but they refuse to pay back the remaining $55.
