1Horrible Invisalign treatment! Buttons constantly falling off, staff accidentally damaging permanent trays prolonging treatment/causing revisions, ridiculous wait time of over three hours almost every visit (short staffed due to employees/dentists quitting). Then after paying for entire treatment (except for a small balance which I did not want to pay until treatment was complete) they discharged us and send us to collections for the balance without completing treatment! They knew we had already contacted Invisalign and we had been shopping around to finish our treatment elsewhere, so I feel this was a completely vindictive move. I also feel it’s important to note I am a former dental assistant and orthodontic assistant, myself, and I am shocked/disgusted at the way this office operates. I will be filing a formal complaint with Michigan Board of dentistry as well as a “quality of care complaint” with Delta dental.
