Just returned home from my first visit to this dentist. Can't say enough great things about this office. The staff was fantastic. From my first telephone call to the receptionist with inquires about insurance coverage, etc. I was favorably impressed. I am a retired 68 year old and just had the most thorough and comprehensive dental exam of my life. Without exception everyone was friendly and extremely competent. I will recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone..
I do not know who manage the billing there but people can not afford to pay their bill all at once..What happen to working with families.Very dissappointed..
I don't know who it was, but she was very mean over the phone. She made it very clear that she didn't want to help me at all. Very rude, should not be working with customers if this place wants a good reputation..
