EXCELLENT.
Dr. Ruesegger is terrific, as is the office staff. Friendly, gentle, good communicator, accessible, welcoming, excellent quality, good for adults and children, contributes to the community through charitable work. I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. R is so good I had to let others know!!.
Dr. Ruegsegger is an amazing dentist! I am a librarian and my husband is a scientist so we did a lot of research before selecting a dentist and he gets top marks! He is professional yet very personable, gets to know his clients, and is amazing at giving deadening shots. I've had a lot of dental work in the past and most of the time dentists can't give the lidocaine shots without hurting you, but somehow he does it. He keeps up with the latest dental information and can answer any questions we have. And once when I ran out of a medication on a weekend, I called his answering service and he called in the prescription within the hour. And then he personally called to check on me! And his staff are also great! There is never a long wait and they operate like a well-oiled machine. Plus his office is decorated with lots of Saints and LSU stuff and makes one feel right at home. I recommend him, his staff, and his practice without reservation! .
