All 3 of my kids have gone to Dr. Abed and I have come to understand how much she truly cares for her patients and the care she gives them. Her treatment plans have been different for each of my children and they have each achieved amazing results. To say I am extremely satisfied is an understatement! The staff is very professional & personable. We always look forward to the appointments and truly appreciate everything Dr. Abed has done for our family!.
The office is visually beautiful, state of the art, and the staff is friendly and wonderful. Dr Hanson doesn't try to just do stuff to you if you don't need. He will offer other options instead of just diving straight in to major and expensive work. They are also very good with my 5 year old daughter who is not afraid to go back on her own..

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Ben Hanson should not be in practice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO HIM!! My 5 year old went to him this morning for a toothache. We found out he had an abscess. Rather than drain it or medicate it they decided pulling it was the best option since it was a baby tooth. The nurse was very kind, she put on the nitrous and kept my son calm. However, when the dentist began injecting the numbing meds my son began crying. The doctor told him to hold still he hadn't even begun yet. He said but you're hurting me. The dentist then proceeded to loudly tell him, while grabbing his cheeks, you are not allowed to cry in my office so stop! Keep in my he has an abcessed tooth and is in pain (WHY WOULD YOU GRAB SOMEONES CHEEKS WHEN THEY ARE SEEING YOU FOR TOOTH PAIN!) This is obviously scary to a child and he continued sobbing. The dentist told him you need to breath through your nose not your mouth. Through his tears he said I can't my nose is stuffy. The IGNORANT DENTIST PUT HIS HAND OVER MY CHILDS MOUTH!! I turned to grab my coat so we could just leave and turned to see the dentist had already yanked out the tooth dropped it on the tray and left the room. OMG!!! NEVER EVER VISIT BROWNSTOWN DENTAL CARE!! Then as we are leaving the office the secretary tells me, the dentist said you need to take him to a pediatric dentist from now on. Really?!? All of our experiences have been very good from the work done to a very caring staff..
Love it there. It has been a long time since I have been to the dentist and the front staff, the dentist and the assistants are great. My whole family goes there and I would recommend them to everyone. My grandson had a toothache and we took him there, the dentist and the assistant were great. My grandson is a difficult patient (a screamer) but the whole office was great with him and now he loves to go there. So glad I found this office. Thanks for getting me back on track with my cleanings and thanks for taking such great care of my entire family. Love it there.
