9I’ve had better customer service at a McDonald’s drive thru at 3 AM. Yep. That bad. Dealt with the staffs incompetence for over a week and still got nowhere, no calls back when they gave me their word, and no clear answers regarding my insurance. I rarely write a review. But some people should be aware they may get terrible service from the admins. Why 2 stars? Because Dr. Berk is amazing. He really is. I was willing to jump through hoops to see him, but couldn’t wait any longer due to being in pain and then them forgetting about me, and so now I need to find another dentist unfortunately. So sad. I’ll miss having Dr. Berk fill my cavities. But I’m glad I won’t ever have to deal with the office again.
