Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Hussam Alkillesly, DDS

Alkillesly has helped me tremendously! I was putting off the dentist for years because i was so worried about costs and pain. I unfortunately saw a horrible dentist once i got the courage to go in who left me in worse shape then how i went in. I then called Metro Dental and was set up with Alkillesly and could not be happier from our initial conversation, to the treatment plan, to the procedures. The staff is also amazing. Everything was so amazingly painless? How? So far ive had a tooth extraction and a root canal and i feel better about going to the dentist than ever before. I am so happy about getting my teeth healthy again. Thank you so much to metro dental and all the staff for being so nice, helpful, and non judgmental. The dental hygienist Roxanne is also a very amazing person with a hilarious sense of humor. She told me jokes the whole time to lighten me up. Thank you, thank you, thank you!.

Aspen Dental

Had a root canal done yesterday in just a little over one hour. Extremely fast, efficient, and very professional. I'm a broke college student so this will for sure put a giant hole in my pocket, but they even helped me get a quick loan through Fortiva so I could get it done!.

Aspen Dental

They’re nice and clean, but a simple crown has become a huge mess. On 12/28 I was seen for a cracked tooth that was supposed to be a simple crown. The crack did not go to the nerve, but the temp crown had a terrible high bite that killed the root a week later. Because their only dentist who does root canals was out for the month, this lead to two appointments with a specialist out of their network, and an emergency visit for extreme pain. Waiting to be seen caused the inflammation in the root to spread to the periodontal ligament. While it’s not terribly serious, it was the most agonizing pain of my life. Opioids couldn’t touch it. It took two doses of steroids to take it down, with two different antibiotics “just in case” that I wound up having reactions to. During that time I saw the emergency dentist, who urged me to call aspen, leave a message, and keep my appointment. I did that, but no one checked the messages, so when I came in my regular dentist acted like I had wasted his time. The crown came in, also massively too high and wide, so the shade I chose to match my teeth was all sanded away. It’s been two weeks and the crown is loose. I can hear bubbles popping along the seam and it wiggles if I eat on that side. At this point I’m worried the crown is a bust and that I will be charged for a new one. The other issue I have is a general lack of communication. Aspen has opened credit lines in my name without me expressing that I wanted it (luckily they’re easy to close if you put nothing on them) and I’ve had to cancel appointments before when -whoops! It turns out the person they were bringing in wasn’t covered by my insurance, something I only caught because I got curious and asked before the appointment, not because they contacted me. All in all, I’ve never seen the same person twice and every appointment has resulted in a complication that costs me time and money. I’m due to have a lot more work done with this practice, but given how this one simple” crown is going, I will be exploring my options..
