De Dietz office located on Park Ave. I use to like this place until I had a root canal to go bad. They did not call in the correct prescription in order to stop the pain. I told them which antibiotic I used when I had this situation last time, instead they call me in a penicillin that I told them does not work for me. She would not make any effort to help me. No bedside manner and very unprofessional. They didn’t read through my chart they gave me something useless. They wouldn’t call the doctor
