Traumatic routine cleaning that lead to cut on side of mouth, open gum pockets, exposed roots and loose teeth. Dr. Korol denied incident, false diagnosis of gum disease, will not provide sadist dental hygienist name, will not provide full medical record & mailed paper format X-Ray with fraud date of service. Now I suffer from long term Hypersensitive teeth & gums. I never had these ailments prior to this visit. The 2nd opinion Perio measured exposed roots that have not existed before. He stated I do not have gum disease and deep cleaning is not necessary. The sadist male dental hygienist works on Friday at 5pm. Beware of Dr. Korol, she will deny & gaslight. This office has no integrity & will create long term teeth/gum issues with any healthy individual.
