3Had to cancel my appointment for a cleaning today, after being told that a hygienist willing to wear a face mask will not be available until February of next year. My question about whether staff has been vaccinated was rebuffed with the false claim that HIPPA Laws prevent disclosure of such information. Given the current surge of the Delta variant of Covid, this is not just disappointing, it\'s unprofessional. As a 65 year old heart failure patient, prepared to spend $250 on a first visit, to be met with such disregard was quite surprising.

8Unfortunately I’ve had the pleasure to see Dr. Sands, maybe four times now and I don’t want to see anybody else. He is definitely the best there is at his profession. He’s very friendly yet professional and does a follow up call to see how your doing. The staff is also wonderful, everyone makes you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal!!
