Dr Valyuk was great! I was nervous at first when I first got in the chair. The doctors wife is also a doctor there and was the first one to greet me. I'm female but I don't do well with female doctors- not sure why. So I was initially worried for that reason but also because her English isn't very good at all (neither was the x-Ray technicians). Luckily when I met Dr. Vitaliy I felt relieved by his excellent bedside manner and explanation of what was going on with my teeth. His wife ended up doing my cleaning which hurt and made my gums bleed so I wasn't thrilled about that. I will say she did a very thorough job. Overall, I really liked Dr Valyuk and will be returning to him in the future for further work that needs to be done on my teeth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shamp for 27+ years. I used to be a dental phobic person but no longer have any worries about going to the dentist. Dr. Shamp has always done a fantastic job for and practices gentle and conservative dentistry. I still have all my teeth and no longer have several issues (including bruxism and periodontal disease) that I used to have, all thanks to the great and friendly dental care that Dr. Shamp and his staff have provided!

THE WORSE PLEASE CALL YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER BEST TO LOCATE ANOTHER DENTIST IN-NETWORK! WAIT TIME 2 HOURS. AS WELL AFTER BOOKING AN APPT OVER ONE MONTH BEFORE FOR NEW & OLD CUSTOMER'S. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED BY AMERICAN DENTAL ACCOCIATION AND BOARD OF HEALTH!

When u need a densit in an emergency . The girl told me I have an apt in a mouth .no one specks English they are rude . Hire an American we never had these problems before.my daughter is in so much pain she's going over to the hospital .

I had been going to the same dentist in Silver Spring for over 20 years. However, her attitude and practice keep increasing costs (even with insurance) and were more focused on profit (it seemed) than patient care. A friend recommended Dr. Landis. What a wonderful practice. Dr. Landis invested in significant air scrubbing technology during the pandemic which was very reassuring. Additionally, he is the best dentist I have had in my adult life. The office is accessible and calm. He provides additional recommendations that have been most helpful to my overall well-being. I cannot stress how good the care is that I get from his organization and from the doctor himself.

This is a horrifing clinic. They made 5 appointments at the same time. I made an appointment at 11:30 am today and by the time I was there, there were 8 patients in front of me. I asked if I could go back to work and when Dr. has 1 or 2 patients then call me and I will be right there. No....NO...No. Clinic policy.... Why do people need appointments and why did you give people appointments??? How about you guys who work in the clinic get the same situation somewhere else???There was a Spanish customer reprensatitive Rosa at the front desk not only having stern and ignorant attitude towards customers but also squeezing her Spanish friends before your appontment. If I tried to complain, she will go tell the Dr. her story first and when you talk to the Dr. you got yell at, \"Be patient and just wait\" Worse experience ever. In addition, bad attitude and inconsiderate people come together as a bundle,the billing woman Fran Biller will tell you to go somewhere else if you complain. I had an orthodontist Benjamin Ziegler in Rego Park whose office assistance not only friendly, but also professional. The doctor's work was excellent as well. One time he was late with another client when it was my appointment. He told me he needed another hour to finish the job before taking me and his rep will call me since I work close to the office. I came back an hour later, he kept his promise and waited for me there with other patients waiting. He has great skill, great attiatude and very professional, that's suppose the way to run the office, unlike this Queens center dental: greedy and rude. Overall, horriable, low class and nasty. I will never ever go back. They treated people with inhumanity. You are not allow to speak up if you don't feel it is right over there. What a communist society. Some workers are really nice though, but they are insider once you can pass the devil's door:) Their system do need to be improved a lot. I mean A LOT>>>
