Jeff C Strachan DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Strachan for many years. Due to the stressors of life, I have been negligent with the care of my teeth. When I entered his new office location, I knew I was in good hands. The office has \"state of the art\" equipment. His staff members are personable, caring and professional. Dr. Strachan is absolutely the best dentist have ever had and I have been singing praises to his name since I have returned as his patient.

Dr. Francis is fantastic but the process has left me considering going back again. I’ve requested a receipt for an appointment on 11/19/17 several times by (1) going in person (2) calling the office 3 times and speaking with Jackie directly (3) leaving voicemail on the office number. Today is 1/3/18 and I had to call once again to request the receipt. Each time I am told I will be emailed the receipt and called back. Still waiting and have never been given an actual reason why this has taken so long. Today I was told again that I need to wait till next Monday 1/8 before it can be sent. All I am requesting is a receipt of what I paid on my visit, this should be a basic task that a providers office can perform. **Update** I received the invoice via email a week after this call. They called me but also called my husband to let him know of the email, which is completely unnecessary.

Dr. Strachan is an excellent dentist. I have been a patient for many years and I have no problems with their services. The frontline staff, to the hygienists, to the Dentists -- all amazing. They're very responsive to your questions -- always putting the patient first. I recommend you visit Dr. Strachan and his team. Improve your smile today :) Happy patient.
