5Dr. Mishaan and Karen are angels from dental heaven. Most dentists are good at taking care of your teeth, because, well, that's what they're trained to do. But very few are good at taking care of YOU by treating you with patience, kindness and respect. These two are the real deal, a real refreshing contrast from the last two very 'veneered' dentists I saw.

26Extremely unprofessional and incompetent office. The office staff told me numerous times that they participate in my dental insurance when in fact they do not. The first two times that I went for cleanings my insurance was accepted as payment in full, I was not balance billed. On my third visit, Camille, the hygienist, stated that she wanted to do a little extra cleaning. I asked her what the charge would be. She said that she checked my insurance, there would be $0 cost. It seems that Camille, with 30 years experience, did not look at the correct insurance. This was billed as a deep cleaning, although Camille\'s protocol did not remotely resemble the deep cleaning that I had two years ago at another dental office. Sally, office manager, acknowledged that they made mistakes in checking on my insurance. I never signed a treatment plan, yet Sally is attempting to balance bill me for the difference between what my insurance paid and the total. Dr. Bauer has NEVER come in the treatment room

1He is my children\'s dentist for 10+ years. We look forward to our visits every six months. He is very professional. Takes time to answer questions. He is not real talkative, but I can tell over the years he seems to actually care for his patients. Never had a bad experience!!

3Dr. Alley is great! I would not want to go to any other dentist. The problem is, it has become increasingly difficult to get in for dental cleanings and other visits. I have been going to Park Dental for well over 20 years, many of them with Dr. Alley. It would be nice if you stopped taking new patients and allowed dedicated patients like me the opportunity to be a priority. I have the same issue with getting my daughters, who are both in college, in to see her when they are home.
