Dr. Mishaan and Karen are angels from dental heaven. Most dentists are good at taking care of your teeth, because, well, that's what they're trained to do. But very few are good at taking care of YOU by treating you with patience, kindness and respect. These two are the real deal, a real refreshing contrast from the last two very 'veneered' dentists I saw.

Dr. Bauer recommended that I have 4 crowns done to replace fillings. He informed me that he recommended this treatment urgently otherwise I would be in danger of needed root canals. After seeking 3 different second opinions (because after I spoke with another dentist, I could not believe how different the recommendations were and so sought additional opinions), I was informed, unequivocally, that not only did I not need crowns but that I did not need any dental work (beyond cleaning). I am shocked and appalled at the over-treatment that Dr. Bauer recommended. I would have had significant absolutely unnecessary work done and spent thousands of dollars for no reason.
