Dr. Oliphant is the perfect allegory for the difference between Brooklyn and Manhattan. His office clearly hasn't been professionally decorated, and he could stand to toss out a few dying houseplants. He hasn't been groomed and costumed for a segment on Entertainment Tonight. But he does offers Manhattan quality, and at a half to a third of their price.
