They give personal attention; helped me select the proper appliances two years ago, and followed up with personal delivery when the warehouse folks would not as it entailed a tricky entry and not damaging furniture. The local staff in Uncasville is superb and very different from any Home Depot I have dealt with in our Eastern Ct area. They are great!
