Apparently doesn’t like it when you ask for your own personal health records that you are paying for. She ignored me twice when I asked. It was awkward, even the hygienist asked but we got no response. So I snapped a pic. Rude. Also found out she wasn’t in our network after my 1st visit on my own with no help from anyone. When I cancelled my upcoming appts the receptionist was like yeahhh she’s not in that network.... Yeahhh why didn’t you be polite & tell me then? Also took forever to get appt
