Misrepresented being \"in-network\", charged me 50 copay for my cleaning which doesn't require a copay, began crown without acquiring clearance/estimate of my potential out of pocket costs, temporary crown failed after two days... To top it off after the initial exam I all of a sudden have a bunch of cavities, need front teeth veneers, on the verge of periodontist which will require four plus sessions, unaligned bite or something... Anyway they had me booked for ten appointments from now to December... Staff isn't even particularly friendly or helpful. Beware. Know your stuff before coming here or you might be potentially taken. The doctor did seem like a nice guy and so I'm floored by all of this. I think they're used to dealing with clients who can afford to not be actively paying attention to the \"details\"/cost of things but not this girl. I work hard for my insurance and can't afford unnecessarily high out of pocket costs for work that isn't even top notch.
