4I tried to make an appointment here recently. Last week I went there in person to check the office out. Being that it would be my first visit. The secretary/customer service agent was very standoffish. She made me wait to make an appointment due to a supposedly computer problem. So, I left after I got a business card. I called back today to finally make an appointment. She had me on hold for 10 minutes! Then when she came back on the line I asked to make an appointment. She asked for my insurance information. When I gave it to her she tried to tell me that I had to be assigned to that office. That's not how my plan works. She wouldn't listen though. She's very arrogant & thinks she knows more than I do about my own insurance plan. I would give 0 stars if I could.
