Over the approximate 9 years that I've been going to Dr. Kupferman I don't ever recall leaving his office having endured an uncomfortable or painful experience. I've had quite a bit of dental work done and he has always made sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort throughout procedures. From my experience he explains things very clearly and provides clear examples to clarify why a particular problem exists and how he will go about fixing it. I've always been satisfied with the quality of work that he has done on my teeth and have even recommended him to a family member - unfortunately he didn't accept their insurance. Additionally, over the years he's always maintained a clean office, a professional staff and prompt scheduling so that patients aren't waiting for long periods beyond appointment times.
