Dear Ms. Arbnora Mulliqi, I am sorry you had a bad experience at a Dental Office and the suffering that you 're going through but I don't recall having a patient with your name at my office. My Office Manager checked the Office file and your name did not show up. You posted on google a week ago about coming to my office for a Crown that took 3 months to make.
