13Insolent, dishonest. Was scheduled for post root canal treatment today. He is listed as a participating dentist but requested I pay him $100 extra citing the insurance company does not pay enough so I had to pay or leave his office. When he saw me motioning to call the insurance company, he became irate and said: \"I don\'t care if you call, I am not going to treat you and then opened the door & told me to GET OUT!\" I\'ve never experienced such unprofessional & disrespectful behavior. Disappointed
