Dr.Roberts is down to earth and makes me feel comfortable. Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist but he reassures me by telling me what is being done and what discomfort I could be facing. His staff works well together and always ensures patients have a positive experience visiting his office. I had a lot of work to be done last year and they helped prioritize issues and told me what could wait. I highly recommend this dental practice, they make you feel like family..

I've been looking for a dentist for a while and found Brockton Dental Group. The staff is very professional and knowledgable. It was a while since my last cleaning and the hygienist here, Ashley, was phenomenal. Totally painless and I learned a lot about my mouth that I had no idea before going there! X-rays were all computerized and really fast, much better than the cardboard ones from when I was a kid. All in all, I highly suggest this office to anyone in need of quality and affordable dental care. I'll be sending my family here going forward!.
Good people. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my lifetime, and I'm creeping up on 60yrs now, so I know plenty about good AND bad customer service.
