I'm 64 years old and have had a few dentists. Dr. Kotuby, IMHO, is the best one I've had. Very caring and hd isn't driven by $, like the last dentist I've had. Maple Ave. Dentist cares more about $ than it does your teeth. Even after over 25 years..
What a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and caring from the minute I called to make the appts.( which they got our daughter in the next day) to the visit with the dentist. Great job! Thank you..
This is the third time I take my daughter here and I walked out! Her appointment was at 1:45pm, we got there 10 minutes before. At 2:20pm my daughter was getting tired of waiting and kept asking what time we were going to be called. At 2:45pm I went up to the front desk and asked the receptionist what time we were going to be called. She shook her head and kept talking to another doctor that was there present about someone else. I just stood there looking dumb and then she looked back at me and said Im sorry what did you say her name was? I gave my child's name and was told there were 3 more patients ahead of her??? Like how though??? I was on time and even arrived 10 minutes early and there was still 3 kids ahead of her??? She told me I had to wait another 30 minutes. I told her I couldn't and she said they were running behind, which I thought was funny because that's what they had told me last time I was there smh...so I decided to leave and they rescheduled me for next week but Im done with Kool Smiles. We're never going back!.
Outstanding dental practice. I recently moved to Bristol from Boston and have had a life long fear of dentists and dental procedures. In addition I would leave the Boston dental practices with a sense of shame for not taking better care of my teeth. In Dr. Melfi's care I not only felt safe, I truely did not feel pain. What ever was used to numb my mouth really worked. I also did not feel shamed by him and his staff. There was no judgemental attitude but rather suggestions for good oral health were given in a postive and constructive way. I would highly recommend Dr Melfi and his staff. I know I will never go anywhere else..
Professional services, facility and people, state of the art computerized equipment, Im impressed with every visit. If it wasn't for the special cleaning/exam ad for $59. I would of never found you-thank you..
I was impressed with the professional and welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Dr. Melfi went to great lengths to ensure my comfort before, during, and after my procedure. His assistant also made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend going to Dental 1 RI for cleanings and all dental related care. You will receive excellent service and will feel more relaxed afterward than when you came in. The lemon scented face cloths are a really nice touch..
