I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Patel and the entire team at BFD. I have been a patient there for a little over a year and they have been nothing short of professional, gentle, and accommodating. I have recommended them to numerous family members and friends and they all agree...Dr. Patel, his assistant Lauren (love her!) and Samantha at the front desk make BFD the best total dental practice around. Thanks for all you have done to help me gain my smile confidence back!

I went with Dr. Basille because of insurance. I am quite satisfied with Dr. Basille's family practice so far (over a year). It appears to be a very efficient operation. They send an e-mail and call you to remind you of an appointment. They almost always see me within minutes of when I walk in for a scheduled appointment. Everyone is extremely polite and friendly. Dr. Basille's prices for uninsured procedures, i.e., implant, which I am undergoing, seem reasonable.

Believe the reviews and stay away. Very rude receptionist made harassing phone calls to my family for a bill we have an invoice that shows zero balance. Made multiple requests to management to call me regarding this, been 2 weeks with no call back. After years of myself and several family members going here I will gladly take my business else where. Also watch out for their trick of scheduling you for random appointments without your consent so that when you don't show up they charge you a fee for not showing up.
