Terrible. They tried to sell me their in house insurance saying I needed 8 root canals for some cavities and it would cost me over $10k and they'd give me 1 year to pay. Of course medicaid doesn't cover any of that. I'd originally come in to have a broken tooth pulled and I was there for over two hours, most of it alone in the room. They insisted I absolutely had to submit to a painful gum exam (which of course they could bill to medicaid) and then berated me for 15 minutes about the cavities I couldn't afford to fill since Medicaid only covers extractions. Then, when I kept asking about actually getting my tooth pulled after having twice as many xrays as I'd had at another dentist for a similar problem they said they didn't have time now (after being there 2 hours) and that I'd have to make another appointment, which of course they could bill medicaid for. It's such a massive scam.
They couldn't care less about getting you in if you need real dental work done quick. It must be nice to go home everyday and count all that sweet cash you make by not giving a crap about the people who handed it over to you..
Dr Lilly is a wonderful dentist. He has saved teeth that I thought were beyond saving. He and his staff are all very friendly..
i was happy with our visit on the 7/19/16 at 9 am. the dr was very kind. my husband is in extreme pain he has 7 teeth that cant be saved that are infected. The dr. sent him home w/ 40 antibiotics and 10 pain pills. She sd if he need more pain meds to call in. We called in on 7/21/16 to get more pain meds because he would be out this evening. The office staff was rude to us and wanted to argue about what he should have left. I felt as though we was being treated like junkies. Dr. Thompson and his staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend..
