First off Dr. Painter staff is very professional courteous and helpful. Dr. painter was very easy to work with, discussed options with me, answered my questions and was willing to allow me to change my mind at the last moment and go to the other procedure..

This place is just horrible. I moved here from Colorado and had to go to get my daughters vacines updated. When i told the receptionist what i needed she actually called a nurse over and was like "this lady wants to enroll her kid in school without four year old vacinations" and both of them laughed at me like i was an idiot. UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTLY HAVE TO GO HERE I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I called and they wanted to know my social, date of birth and all my information before even scheduling me for a STD test. who gives out their life info over the phone anyway? she refused to even tell me if there was any appt's available in the first place. and whoever I talked to earlier said to just come in. the lady was very difficult on the phone, no wonder STD rates in the county are sky high, their own health dept doesn't make any effort.
This place is very hostile...they have no consideration for another life if there're not working behind the desk..there customer service skills are not acceptable from the appointment setters on up to the head people in charge...there social and moral skills are very unkempt and there body language shows it.. they are unwelcoming and don't know have to interact with customers..they are very disrespectful....and just don't care if they violated a hipa law......
