1I could'nt get an appt for a comprehensive exam for 5 months. I had a couple of teeth that needed immediate attention. I was charged separate exam fees for each of those procedures exceeding the insurance limits. The staff was unable to accurately project my dual insurance coverage and wanted me to pay the secondary portion for a crown replacement. The staff said they received no payments from my secondary insurance which was false. Ultimately they sent me a letter to look for another dentist!
