1Office staff was very rude when discussing payment arrangements. The staff does not discuss financial information or difficulties and arrangements in a private setting. Doors are left open and private details discussed with a full waiting room listening in. The office does not send appropriate invoices/statements to given address on file. The office staff has lied about mailing out invoices/statement. The office does not update online account with payments received, appointments, etc.

5My daughter came to me for adoption at age 7. She had been in bad home situation, had PTSD and was very frightened of men in general. She also had multiple disabilities such as autism and ADHD that made it very hard for her to sit still or even be touched. Dr. Becker and his staff were nothing short of miracle workers! Every assistant and hygienist who has ever worked with her has been extremely, kind, gentle and patient. Dr. Becker was able to make her feel at ease almost at once. He explained things in a way that was easy for her to grasp and also appealed to her sense of humor. He never had an appointment go on longer than she could tolerate, and his dental work itself is excellent. The front desk staff is always pleasant, and there's never a sense that my daughter less welcome because her coverage is through Medicaid. She actually looks forward to her dental appointments!
