Dr. Lalonde is listed as an in-network provider with BOTH of my dental insurances and I contacted his office because of a dental emergency. The person taking my call informed me that regardless of insurance, I must pay 100% of the entire visit UP FRONT, no exceptions. Who does this?? An in-network provider demanding 100% up front? Office did not care to speak to insurance, just demanded up-front payment in full.
