Dr Chen and his staff are by far the best dentist office I have ever gone to. I have had really bad experiences with dentists in the past and have developed a "fear". Dr Chen and his staff have made me feel comfortable and they listen to my concerns. I recommend Dr Chen to all my friends and family looking for a new dentist. And not to mention, I get reminders via text messages for up and coming appointments. If I miss an appointment they send reminders via text and e-mail . I scheduled my last appointment through a text message. There are times I cannot have a phone conversation and this piece of technology through this office is an added bonus to an already awesome place! :)
