MADE APPT FOR ROUTINE CLEANING I GAVE SECRETARY MY INSURANCE INFORMATION TO GET EXACT CHARGES BECAUSE I AM ON A STRICT BUDGET. SHE ASSURED ME I WILL NOT NEED ANY OUT OF POCKET MONEY BECAUSE THE ROUTINE CLEANING WAS COVERED UND INSURANCE. 1 MONTH LATER I GOT A BILL FOR 150.00. I CALLED AND THAT’S WHEN SHE APOLOGIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT IN THE NETWORK AND THE INSURANCE DID NOT COVER THE ENTIRE BILL. I REMINDED HER THIS IS THE REASON I WANTED HER TO RUN MY INSURANCE FIRST SO I COULD BUDGET. WITHOUT EMPATHY OR CARE SHE TOLD ME THAT’S WHAT I OWE. SHE SENT IT TO COLLECTS NOW THE BILL HAS ALMOST TRIPPLED. PLEASE GET CHARGES IN WRITING BEFORE GOING TO THIS DENTIST.
