What a wonderful experience, very professional, on-time, very thorough, and most importantly Dr. Rubino took the time to actually listen to me explain my concerns. He explained everything involving my concerns and the plan to address it to my complete satisfaction. His staff is well trained, as well as very polite and friendly - I truly felt welcomed by everyone I came in contact with. Plus, as an added bonus, the day before my first appointment Dr. Rubino personally called me to welcome me to his practice, encouraged me to bring my spouse with me so all of their questions could be answered during the visit. When is the last time you had your doctor call you prior to a visit?? It was truly a first class experience that exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rubino without reservation.
