I've be coming to Advanced Dental since 2011. I have highly sensitive teeth so even cleanings can be a trial for me. However, I totally lucked out in having Joy as my hygienist from the get-go. Not only does she do a wonderful job, she cares about how I feel and goes above and beyond to ensure I am as comfortable as possible. On top of it, she's warm and friendly and talks to me the entire time, which goes a long way in making something I really don't like to do more than bearable. I am also grateful to Dr. Purcell for always coming through with plenty of Novocaine ;-) and his skill in administering it such that I hardly feel it going in.
