Great customer service. The staff couldn\'t be more helpful, nice, and accommodating. I have found a new favorite place in the Bradenton area. I recommend them to all my friends.

Dr. Townsend is wonderful. He is so patient and kind and listened intently to my issues. I was scheduled to have a root canal and was scared to death. After a thorough examination, he decided that I didn’t need a root canal at this time. He also assured me that if I did need one in the future , he would make the experience as painless as possible. He dispelled my fears … and if I ever have the pleasure of needing this man’s services in the future, I will actually look forward to it without fear. I NEVER imagined that I’d ever say that about anything to do with dentistry. Kathleen and Madi were also wonderful… and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The whole experience was a pleasant surprise …including the classy and welcoming decor. There just wasn’t one negative thing about my visit. Bravo, Dr. Townsend, and thank you so much again!
