I called to cancel my appointment to get a crown put on due to a stomach bug I had come down with that early morning. All the receptionist had to say was \"BUT THATS AN HOUR LONG APPOINTMENT. I told her I was really sick and she hung up on me. Unfortunately had to go back because I had already paid for my crown. But I won't be returning.
