5This office has serious problems with scheduling and customer service!! I had, beyond compare, the worst customer service ever in Dental Care from this very rude and un-customer-oriented office! I was about to be late for a 6PM first appointment, so I called @ 5:55 and the person on the phone said that my appoint was not until 6:45, so please continue to come, we have openings until 8PM. I got there, walking a considerable distance, @ 6:57. When I tried the doors they were locked. There were 4 office personnel inside that saw me and turned away to pretend that they did not. I knocked to no answer. The door said they were open until 8PM. I called their phone number and got someone on the line @ 7:00. They said they would get someone to come to the door to talk with me, which they did and let me in and they said to sit and wait until they brought their computer up. They then said they had me down for a 6PM appointment and they closed at 7PM not expecting me. I told them about my call before 6 and they said that I was mistaken. I told them that both their front door and website said that they were open until 8PM and they rudely said that they closed at 7PM, I showed them on their door where it said 8PM and they said it must have not been changed some time back. They offered to reschedule my appointment to about 1 week later and I declined and left. Very rude office personnel, very poor scheduling systems!
