9Dr Balan was the initial face of the practice and made the overall plans, but that was the last we saw of her (despite many visits over the course of over a year). All of the dental work on both my wife and me was done by another dentist, who was only at the clinic a couple of days a week, which made scheduling difficult, especially since most work took multiple sessions. The dentist who performed all our work (Dr Lewis) seemed to do good work, but had a high-anxiety chair-side manner, putting us on edge for procedures. Organization was also a problem. Assistants were given tasks (e.g., molding temporary crowns) they couldn\'t do. Decisions were made on the fly about which procedure(s) would be started on a given day. Dr Lewis often seemed puzzled by items in Dr Balan\'s treatment plans, which were never updated, and the priority (or lack thereof) given to some of them. If the same dentist isn\'t making and fulfilling plans, far more communication & updating are needed.
