2I have never had so many problems with a dentist billing my insurance. I have had the same dental insurance for 20 years, but recently switched to Dr. Davis' office because it was closer to my work. Every single time they bill my insurance, something goes wrong. They either have my policy number wrong, and I have to call several times and fix it (but it will still be wrong the next time), or they send the bill to the wrong insurance (I only have one !). The worst part is that they don't tell you when your claim was rejected, you just get a bill from them THREE MONTHS later saying you owe the full amount. Sometimes, it is too late to fix, and I have to pay out of pocket, when I have premium dental insurance that I pay for every month.

6Dr. Herzberg was great. I made an appointment to have him look at a crown another dentist put in that had been causing me pain for more than a month. The original dentist had tried to adjust the crown twice and it was still causing serious aching and pain. Dr. herzberg was able to adjust it correctly and for the first time in a long time, I am pain free! Also, the office manager, office staff and hygienist were all great, as well. I highly recommend him!
