I have had a horrible experience with Dr Ive's billing department. They never flat out told me they were an out-of-network orthodontist for my insurance(delta dental) and wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to do some diagnostics. Although Dr Ive seems really kind and gentle, they really should have been more honest about the insurance information. As a busy mom of 3, I really do not have time to deal with a million medical bills and doctors trying to get money out of me.
