11We were patients at this office for over 3 years. We remained loyal despite moving farther away from the office. After recently switching insurance, we were charged for a service and threatened with it being sent to collections despite the insurance lapse being due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control. While our experience with the dentists and hygienists has been great, we’ve parted ways with the practice and found a new dentist due to how we were treated with this recent bill. We’ve since been able to prove that our insurance was retroactive, covering the date on which the service was rendered. Rather than notate our account and give us time to pay it with our insurance, however, we were treated like delinquent customers. I sincerely hope the office can take steps in the future to reflect the caliber of service provided by the dentists and hygienists who actually understand how to treat their patients like human beings, a quality that is sorely lacking with a veteran employee in their front office.
