5I was told about this place from a lady in my book club and boy!! I'm so Thankful for learning of them. Let me tell ya from the moment I stepped up to the entrance from security & guide they greeted me very nicely. The receptionist was very nice. Anyway I needed a Root Canal which even with dental insurance is very expensive out of pocket. So I went up stairs they were very nice here as well, Deandra, Brittany & Dr Christensen (who by the way was very funny, real good sense of humor) they were all great & performed great team work. (The dream team) you do pay with your time, but I had plenty of time and didn't mind at all. I got the root canal done, let me tell ya I didn't feel a thing, no discomfort whatsoever!! They talked to me throughout the procedure and made sure I was ok, in which I was. I left a very Happy customer, and would certainly recommend them at Midwestern Specialty clinics. Oh I haven't even told ya there BEST PART OF IT ALL!! The procedure was #FREE $0.00 For the root canal that would have cost a grip out of pocket at my regular dentist (whom I love by the way) thank you all so much! I appreciate the services you provided to me!!

6I went several months ago. I have federal insurance. There is dental embedded in my medical insurance and I have dental insurance. You have to file with medical then dental. The lady who works there refuses to file both. She said she doesn’t know how to do it and they only file insurance as a courtesy. She told me I need to do my own insurance. What?! I told them before I went about this. She said they would file. Now I’m left with a bill. The dentist is nice but his team is not good. My family will not go back.

3From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this would be the best dental experience I had ever had. It was! I have a series of 6 treatments, and never had the procedures explained to me as they were by Dr. Dailey and her staff. I am diabetic and how the procedures are performed is important to me. Everyone wore a smile! Everyone spoke, introduced themselves and were so professional. Each person kept saying, wait till you meet Dr. Dailey. I had such anticipation and was not disappointed. When meeting her, I instantly trusted I was exactly where I needed to be for the work that was ahead of me. Dr. Dailey gave me options some more expensive than others. When I asked questions she answered without regard to price. She did not push one option over another. And to think, I was going for an opinion compared to two others I had received. Teeth have been cleaned, X-rays taken and we start to work in two weeks.

1Dr. Plummer performed my oral assessment on my initial visit at Aspen Dental today. He was very thorough in explaining the condition and treatment plan needed for my dental care. He intentionally made sure that I was comfortable as a patient and that I understood the options and needs available to me. I am looking forward to returning to receive my next dental work steps after getting the referred oral surgery he recommended I receive.
